Lianchye wrote about Those Self-Help Books. I've said it before, and I'll say it again, the sum of all happiness and fulfillment and purpose and worth of living is: FOLLOW YOUR PASSION.
I'd like to get more opinions from those who've gone through it all or most of it, at least.
ReplyDeleteOtherwise, I'll just watch channel 8, our 'FEEL GOOD" channel....because the bottom line is happiness. And that means, feeling good, right? heheheh.
The Secret reminds me of The Celestine Prophecy, Which again expounded a too simplistic but vague theory for getting everything in life.
ReplyDeleteThe simplicity of these books at first will overwhelm you.But once you slow down and take anoter look at what is being actually said , you (or any other half-brained intellect ) will come to realise that the books are total male -cow manure.
People , do not buy this book.Even if Oprah is recommending them.
Law of attraction is not flawed .It is simply bullshit !
C'mon , you cannot just get a Merc because you asked for it to the universe , or for that matter not catch venereal disease because you didnt think about it.
Infact one of the main reasons to catch venereal diseases is complacency.
